MD 88 Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "md 88" or "Platform" refers to the website md88-play.com and all services offered under the md 88 brand, including the mobile app (if available) and web interface.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account on the md 88 platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual account registered by a Member on the md 88 platform to access the services offered.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and online entertainment activities available on the md 88 platform, including Sports Betting (football, badminton, cricket), Live Casino (baccarat), slots, lottery, and more.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a member's md 88 account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, free spins, or other incentives granted by md 88 to members subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required of md 88 members to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

To register and use the md 88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of account registration. md 88 does not permit minors to access or use our platform in any capacity.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen or a valid permanent resident in Malaysia with acceptable identification documents (MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Must not have anyone open an account on their behalf — each account must represent the actual individual registering in person.
• Has never previously held an md 88 account that was suspended or terminated due to fraud or a breach of terms.
• Not on any voluntary self-exclusion list or list of individuals prohibited from betting activities.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) md 88 account only. Holding more than one account is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held within them.

Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including:

• Full name as per official identification document
• Exact date of birth
• An active email address that you own
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• Malaysian bank account or e-wallet details for financial transaction purposes

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. md 88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account login credentials.

Md 88 supports a wide range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users to make the deposit process as convenient as possible:

All deposits made into your md 88 account must be funded using a payment method registered in your own name. md 88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Violation of this condition may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals from your md 88 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your md 88 account.
• Full KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal request is processed. The KYC process involves submitting a copy of your MyKad and proof of current address.
• Standard processing time is between 1 to 4 business hours upon completion of KYC verification.
• Md 88 reserves the right to take up to 3 working days to process withdrawals of larger amounts (exceeding RM 10,000) for security verification purposes.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirement has been fully satisfied.

Md 88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement. Before any bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash, members must wager an amount equal to the specified multiplier of that bonus (minimum 10x unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms).
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within the stated period will expire and be automatically removed from the member's account.
• Bonus Eligibility: Each promotion may have specific eligibility conditions, such as a minimum deposit amount, qualifying game types, or required membership status. Please review the terms of each promotion separately.
• Wagering Calculation: Slot games typically count in full (100%) toward wagering requirements. Baccarat bets may count at different rates depending on the bet type (Banker, Player, or Tie).
• Bonus Abuse Policy: md 88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonuses and close the account of any member found to be abusing the bonus system.

All betting activity on the md 88 platform is subject to the following general rules, as well as the specific rules applicable to each game type or sport:

• Bets that have been submitted and confirmed are final and may not be cancelled by the member, except under conditions expressly stated in the relevant game rules.
• For Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, cricket, and others), md 88 applies the odds fixed at the time the bet is placed. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect bets that have already been submitted.
• Md 88 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes under exceptional technical circumstances, such as system outages, odds display errors, or force majeure events.
• Live betting (betting during an ongoing match) is subject to additional conditions — including the possibility that odds may change rapidly and bets may be rejected if the match is near its end.
• The minimum bet for most sports markets is RM 1 and maximum bet limits vary depending on the game type and tournament level.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the md 88 platform and may result in legal action as well as forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to defraud the platform, including the use of stolen credit cards, false identity information, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Use of Automated Software: The use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts with the intent to repeatedly claim bonuses, or colluding with other members to exploit md 88 promotions.
• Money Laundering: Using the md 88 platform as a channel for money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
• Match Manipulation: Betting based on insider information or participating in any match-fixing or result manipulation scheme.

Md 88 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all its members. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and md 88's separate Privacy Policy.

In short, md 88:

• Only collects data necessary for service provision and legal compliance purposes
• Does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent
• Uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and md 88's servers
• Storing data on secure servers with strictly controlled and limited access

Md 88 genuinely cares about the well-being of its members. We provide a range of tools and resources to help members play responsibly:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Members may set their own deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon being set.
• Loss Limit: Members may set a maximum loss limit for a specified period to prevent excessive losses.
• Play Time Limit: Set a daily time limit for gaming sessions to ensure your betting activity does not interfere with your daily life.
• Temporary Self-Break: Members may choose to pause their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to stop playing permanently may apply for a self-exclusion. The account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, md 88 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity, including losses arising from unfavourable betting outcomes
• Platform disruptions or unavailability caused by factors beyond md 88's control, including internet outages, user device issues, or natural disasters
• Damage, loss, or theft arising from a member's failure to safeguard their account login credentials
• Actions by third parties including payment service providers, game providers, or network operators

Md 88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months
• Account closure request by the member

When an account is closed for legitimate reasons (not fraud), md 88 will process the withdrawal of any eligible remaining balance within 7 business days, subject to the applicable KYC review.

Md 88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, legal obligations, or members' interests. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the md 88 platform.

Members will be notified of any material amendments through:

• In-platform notification on md 88 when a member logs in
• Email to your registered email address
• Notice on the md 88 website homepage

Continued use of the md 88 platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the md 88 platform shall be resolved through the following dispute resolution process:

1. Internal Resolution: Members should first contact the md 88 support team to resolve any dispute internally by emailing support@md88-play.com.
2. Negotiation: Should internal resolution fail, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days.
3. Arbitration: Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with the applicable rules, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
